Sports massage

Sports massage is a special form of massage that aims to improve physical performance, prevent injuries and promote regeneration after physical exertion. It is often used for athletes, but is also ideal for anyone who is regularly physically active or experiences muscular discomfort after training.

Sports massage uses various techniques – including strong pressure, kneading and stretching of the muscles – to help the body recover and relax.

What can you expect from the treatment?

Our therapists recognize overstrained muscle areas and apply targeted, deep pressure to relieve tension and promote regeneration. Techniques such as stretching or trigger point therapy can also be used. A slight sensation of pain during the massage is completely normal.
